Quinnettes: A Community Asset

Quinnettes is a medieval ex-farmhouse and barn standing in the middle of the village,

and is also the home of the Eddystone Housing Association.

Quinnettes Barn is available for hire:

  • Regular bookings available on a weekly or monthly basis

  • Letting hours are flexible: mornings, afternoons & evenings

  • Post code GU10 2NU in the centre of village on the A287.

Facilities Include:

  • layout for the barn is flexible and suitable for both small groups to events catering for 80

  • cloakrooms for Ladies, Gentlemen and the Disabled

  • Kitchen with gas cooker, electric warming cupboard, refrigerator and urn for boiling water

  • Off-road parking

  • Easy access for wheelchairs

  • 16th century barn and beautiful gardens.

Churt Lunch Club at Quinnettes:

Come and have lunch with us! 

Every Monday (except Bank Holidays) lunch is served to local residents over the age of 60

Eddystone Housing Association:
